MigraineBot

All the data you enter in MigraineBot stays within your control. The data is both on your device and in your personal iCloud account, if you choose to have sync enabled. I cannon access your data at any time. If you delete your data or your account I cannon access it or help, it is completely outside my control.
The data is encrypted using Apple’s iCloud encryption. Your data can be deleted at any time either in the app or through your iCloud settings.

Subscriptions

I use RevenueCat to manage payment history and implementation in my apps. You are given a random, unique identifier that is not connected to your personal information in any way. This identifier is not used for any marketing, or shared with any other third party. You can view RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy here.

I am only able to identify you if you provide me with your unique identifier, or if you provide other information that makes it possible to identify you. For example, emailing me as a user in a country with only one subscriber. Your identifier is not stored with other information or sold or provided to anyone else.

Data I Collect

The only personally identifiable information I collect is data you submit via this website. This includes any name or email address you provide.

What I Use Your Data For

Data you provide is used to allow me to perform work for you and communicate with you about that work.
The lawful basis of the data collection is the contract or contracts I have with you.
I also collect information to comply with my responsibilities to HMRC and as part of legitimate interests I have in marketing my work.

Who I Share Your Data With

I only share your data with other organisations as a direct part of providing you with my services. For example if you contact me, your data will be sent to me via email and both Squarespace and my email provider will have access to it.
I don’t use your contact information for marketing or share it with other third parties. 

International Data Transfer

Any data that you share with me may transfer to international providers. This is particularly relevant for people in the EU. Data may be transferred to the USA, Canada and others.

How Long I Keep Your Data

Data is retained for the length of the project, 5 years from the last contact we’ve had or as long as required to maintain business records.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Be informed about how I use your data
• Have access to your data
• Correct information I hold about you
• Ask for information I hold about you to be deleted or it’s use to be limited. I can’t delete your information if keeping it is required under UK law (ie keeping business records for HMRC).

Data Security

Security of your information is important. I do what I can to secure your information. Some services (like email) are not secure once they have left my computer. However, I do what I can to improve the security of your data.

Web Tracking and Cookies

This website is delivered by WordPress and uses their cookies. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. The cookies allow the website to run better and let me know how many people visit the website and which pages they go to. I don’t provide this information to anyone else, and no advertising services place cookies in your browser.
WordPress also records your IP address for the purpose of website analytics. I view this information as part of maintaining my website. It is not collated with other information I may hold about you nor shared with anyone else.

Analytics

Analytics in apps are provided by a third party called TelemetryDeck. Only information about app usage is sent to TelemetryDeck for me to view. The information sent is never connected to your personal details, or other data stored in the app. TelemetryDeck uses random IDs to protect your identity. The data is only used to improve the app.
